Drink Size Modification Jumpers

Two drink size modification jumpers are available for the Breakmate. One will force the Breakmate to dispense 10 ounce drinks only. The other jumper offered is an exclusive hack from Mr. Breakmate that will allow you to toggle between 6 and 10 ounce drinks (assuming you purchased the 6 button panel expansion above). The hacked jumper will turn your small drink into an "Extra Large Drink" so you need to print out this little label to go over your "small drink" label on the flavor card.

These jumpers do not work if you have a coin-op installed, since the jumpers attach to the control board on those same pins.

External CO2 Adapter

For those of you who can't get the special Breakmate CO2 bottles refilled locally, this adapter will let you connect the Breakmate directly to a standard CO2 bottle that you can get filled anywhere. In addition to a standard CO2 bottle, you must supply a CO2 regulator capable of reading up to 120 PSI. We include a brand new dual gauge high pressure CO2 regulator in our External CO2 Adapter KIT (below) along with all the other fittings you will need.

Water Jug Attachment

If plumbing is not your cup of tea, or you simply can't run a water line to the Breakmate then the Water Jug attachment will solve all your troubles. This brand new attachment is actually a separate contained pumping system. It operates as needed (a.k.a. on demand) and easily connects to the back of the Breakmate where the water line normally would attach. The water jug used (not included) is a standard 3 or 5 gallon water cooler jug. For best flavor, it is recommended that you fill the water jug with filtered water or get it refilled wherever you purchased the jug.

The Water Jug attachment comes with a 1 year manufactures warranty.

Watermate Attachment

The Watermate attachment is the original accessory for the Breakmate that eliminated the need for a permanent water line installation. The Watermate has an internal pump and a reservoir that holds a little more than a gallon of water.

For best flavor, it is recommended that you fill the reservoir with filtered water (the gallons from the supermarket work well). Installing the Watermate will depend on whether or not you Breakmate has a black plug with a flap over it on the back left side. If so, then installation is as easy as plugging it in and hooking up the water line. Otherwise you will need to run three wires from the Watermate into the Breakmate for power. This procedure is not complicated and we can guide you through it. The Water Jug Attachment (above) is recommended for easiest install.

BA-320 Coin-op Attachment

The Coin-op attachment shown here is the top of the line BA-320. It offers multiple coin support with easily programmable amounts in 5 cent increments. The BA-320 also supports two drink sizes and prices. Installation is strait forward and requires minimal disassembly of the Breakmate. The procedure is not complicated and we can guide you through it if necessary. Here is a link to the install manual in compressed .zip format.

Smart Board ECU with Front Panel

Smart Board ECU Unit.
The smartboard has several additional functions over the standard ECU. These include low/sold out syrup indicators, water-out, CO2 out, night security lockout and memory to retain settings through power outages.
The syrup low/sold out is all adjustable and basically counts how many drinks dispensed and will flash a light next to the flavor should it reach some set threshold.
The water-out requires an internal water flow sensor, which is rather rare (at least for the machines I've seen).
The smartboards are no longer available from Coke, so supply is very limited.
Most smart boards need a different front panel kit with either 3, 5 or 6 buttons. The correct front panel is included with the kit sold here. If you need just the ECU, then check out the parts page.

The first option available is the 3 button front panel kit which does not include size selection or the soda-water-only button.

Internal Paintball Tank Apparatus

This accessory was requested by several of my customers who could not have ANYTHING external to the machine, inlcuding the external CO2 adapter kit. This system uses standard paintball tanks for CO2 supply. The tanks are small enough to fit inside the machine without restricting the syrup door from closing.
The tanks can be filled anywhere paintball tanks are filled. Make sure you let them know you are using it for food.

This system is not for everyone as it is a little dangerous if mishandled. This is also a specialty item made to order, so expect at least a week for shipment, perhaps more if parts aren't on hand.
